Head of Product - Clients (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Lead the Clients tribe's product vision and strategy, defining the roadmap and scaling approach with engineering and leadership. Drive asymmetric scaling through intelligent, agentic operations by embedding automation into workflows and exploring AI agents for end-to-end operational tasks. Own the roadmap for Internal Tooling, deciding where to push deeper automation or reimagine workflows while collaborating directly with the Engineering team. This role requires 5+ years in Product Management, ideally with fintech or financial services experience, and proven leadership of teams of 3+ people. The position reports to Florian Thiel and Christian Wöhlke, working within the Product & Engineering teams across three domains.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Management
- Proven people leadership of teams of 3+ people
- Firm grasp of UI/UX best practices
- Experience with agile software development
- Comfortable with product toolkits such as Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma
- Familiarity with API documentation standards
- Interest in how AI agents consume APIs (MCP or similar)
Desired Qualifications
- Focus on internal and/or external tooling
- Financial services, compliance, or fintech experience
- Be a sponge (ability to absorb complex topics quickly)
- Strong track record of taking initiative, owning outcomes, and bridging dependencies
- Experience delivering features and outcomes consistently
- Experience with API documentation standards
- Interest in how AI agents consume APIs (MCP or similar)
