Job Summary
Head of Product for Base Courier: responsible for building and expanding relations with key clients and strategic partners; design and implement the logistics operating model; participate in strategic contract negotiations and framework agreements; lead Business Development activities to grow the client portfolio and volumes while optimizing sales processes; analyze market trends and competitive landscape; drive profitability of the client portfolio and transport directions; manage and develop a team with clear KPIs; contribute to the growth of an innovative logistics platform within a dynamic, agile, startup-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 3 years experience in a managerial role in the logistics, e-commerce or related industry
- Proven success in strategic negotiations and in managing relationships with partners
- Natural ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
- Experience building and leading teams with the ability to motivate and guide employees
- Analytical thinker comfortable with data, reports, and profitability metrics
- Ability to connect strategic perspective with operational execution
- Fluent English skills
