Head of Product and Development (Fashion)

Head of Product & Development responsible for the end-to-end design-to-sample pipeline in womenswear, bridging creative vision with operational reality to deliver production-ready garments. Lead offshore manufacturing relationships, source fabrics/trims, manage DDP pricing and international logistics, and develop wholesale-specific product assortments and calendars. Partner with the Creative Director to architect new categories (swimwear, resort, suiting, accessories) and ensure timely development, sampling, and delivery while upholding NOOKIE values. Requires 8–12+ years in product development, proven offshore manufacturing experience, strong understanding of garment construction, pricing architecture, and AI-enabled tooling (e.g., Firefly, CLO3D).
