Head of Product Analytics

Job Summary
Head of Product Analytics responsible for using data to drive product adoption and inform product strategy. You’ll work within the product analytics team to understand users, identify problems, and quantify opportunities, then design and analyse product experiments to build confidence in planned investments. You’ll translate revenue goals into measurable KPIs, perform deep dives on user behavior, conduct user research to prioritize high-impact problems, and collaborate with product managers, analytics engineers, data science, and data teams to enable KPI reporting through dashboards. You will lead a team of analysts, drive self-serve analytics for app and web products, and help establish data-driven practices that improve engagement, longevity, and LTV. You’ll work in a remote-first setup with flexibility to work from anywhere in Bulgaria, and benefit from a comprehensive package including leave, health, and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Analytics for a digital product
- Strong hold on product strategy, experimentation, roadmapping, & prioritisation
- Excellent SQL proficiency
- Experience leading a team of analysts in product companies
- Self-starter with high degree of independence
- Ability to translate business goals into KPIs and measurable analyses
- Experience with building or leveraging a self-serve analytics platform
- Experience with experimentation stacks and tools (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Segment, Heap)
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environment with ambiguity
- Experience in fintech or consumer tech preferred
