Job Summary
Define and own product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for an AI-native platform leveraging advanced AI, agent systems, and real-time intelligence. Lead development of intelligent, reliable, and scalable systems including RAG pipelines, memory systems, and agent workflows. Translate business strategy into high-impact initiatives while partnering with AI, engineering, and design teams to deliver production-ready solutions. Drive development of multimodal AI experiences and establish metrics for quality, latency, reliability, and cost. Build evaluation loops for continuous improvement and collaborate with GTM teams to align capabilities with market needs. Lead a high-performing product team within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management, including leadership roles
- Proven experience building and shipping AI-native or applied AI systems
- Hands-on experience with RAG, LLMs, agent systems, and context/memory architectures
- Strong understanding of AI system tradeoffs (latency, cost, reliability)
- Experience working closely with AI/ML and engineering teams
- Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product direction
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
