Head of Procurement (with Russian language)

Organize and control the company's procurement processes while developing and implementing the procurement strategy. Manage cost optimization, procurement budgets, and turnover levels, monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards. Lead the procurement team, train employees, and prepare reports and analytics on procurement activities. Select, evaluate, and develop suppliers, managing negotiations and interacting with logistics, production, and finance departments. Requires higher education, at least three years of managerial experience, and proficiency in English and Russian. Full-time employment in Dubai with a 5-day schedule.
