Job Summary
Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and operational requirements. Lead a high-performing procurement team, fostering collaboration and accountability while establishing policies and governance frameworks. Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle across all spend categories including F&B, consumables, indirect procurement, marketing, technology, facilities management, and capital expenditure. Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management to optimize cost, quality, and service levels. Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage market trends, and deliver annual cost reduction targets while ensuring business continuity. Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and other functions to align sourcing strategies and support business expansion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive procurement experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing end-to-end procurement operations
- Proven experience leading procurement functions across multiple spend categories within retail, hospitality, FMCG, F&B, entertainment, or other consumer-facing industries
- Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Proven ability to drive cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
- Strong understanding of procurement systems, ERP platforms, and procurement analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
- Hands-on leader with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong people leadership capabilities with proven experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly resilient, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity, professionalism, and ethical business conduct
