Job Summary
Lead and develop the wholesale telecommunications business by executing growth strategies, establishing carrier relationships, and securing new opportunities. Negotiate interconnection, SMS, and data agreements while optimizing routing costs and supplier selection to maximize profitability. Manage commercial discussions, contract renewals, and P&L performance to ensure achievement of profit targets and margin improvements. Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and commercial risks while supporting fraud prevention and credit risk initiatives. Own the P&L of the wholesale department and provide regular performance reports to executive management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom wholesale, carrier relations, procurement, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering profitable wholesale telecom business growth
- Strong network of telecom industry contacts
- Experience negotiating international telecom agreements
- Strong commercial, analytical, and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluent English
