Head of Procurement Centre of Excellence

Job Summary
Lead the global procurement transformation agenda and define a multi-year roadmap for digital and AI-enabled solutions across the enterprise. Drive continuous improvement through the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle while building agile delivery teams focused on supplier optimization and strategic business priorities. Establish advanced capabilities in analytics, design-to-value, and negotiation excellence, then govern standards and policies that align procurement with broader enterprise objectives. Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and R&D to deliver measurable business impact through innovation and operational excellence. Report to the Chief Procurement Officer and lead a multidisciplinary team spanning transformation, process excellence, and advanced capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Significant experience leading procurement transformation, process excellence, or procurement Centres of Excellence within large global organizations
- Proven success leading senior leaders and complex global teams within matrix environments
- Outstanding stakeholder-management, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership and C-suite levels
- Unless expressly stated in the description or precluded by the nature of the position, roles are hybrid with 40% of your time spent in the office
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience leading digital and AI transformation initiatives within procurement environments
- Strong experience building advanced procurement capabilities, including analytics, supplier performance management, negotiation excellence, and value optimization
