Head of Procurement

Head of Procurement leads group-wide procurement, contracting and supply chain strategy across Europe and the Americas for solar, wind and energy storage projects. Defines and implements a global procurement framework, drives sourcing, tendering (RFP/RFQ), and negotiates technically and financially robust contracts (equipment supply, EPC/EPCM, multi-contracting, O&M, LTSA). Builds and develops an international team, partners with Engineering, Development, Construction, Finance and Legal, and ensures alignment with project strategy, budgets and delivery timelines. Oversees governance, spend visibility, supplier risk, and logistics to support competitiveness and execution excellence. Requires fluent English and French; minimum 15 years in procurement/commerce within renewable energy or EPC environments; strong leadership in international/matrix organizations; strong commercial acumen and risk-based decision making.
