Head of Private Bank

Manage the Company's Private Banking business to meet unique financial needs of high net worth customers while growing net interest and fee income. Establish a vision, set goals, and oversee annual budgeting to ensure desired outcomes. Develop and manage client relationships through teams of Relationship Managers, establishing and managing the sales process for consistent professional approaches. Maintain currency of competitive product trends, pricing, and profit targets. Work with Marketing on materials and campaigns, oversee training and succession planning, and represent the Bank in civic activities. Exercise authority over staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations. Design and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk and adhere to regulatory standards. Negotiate all transactions, approve loans within lending limits, and promote an environment reflecting the M&T Bank brand.
