Own and evolve Perk's global privacy program by setting a risk-based strategy, roadmap, and controls aligned with applicable laws and customer commitments. Drive privacy operations strategy and simplify the complex regulatory landscape of privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and data governance into actionable outcomes. Collaborate with the DPO, Security, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate privacy by design into development and manage third-party privacy programs, including due diligence and vendor reviews. Oversee operational controls, risk reporting, and assurance while advising the executive team on material privacy risks and compliance exposure. Monitor global regulatory developments and maintain accurate data processing views, ensuring alignment across jurisdictions and supporting customer trust initiatives.
