Head of Privacy

Own and evolve Perk's global privacy program by setting a risk-based strategy, roadmap, and policies aligned with applicable laws and customer commitments. Drive privacy operations strategy to simplify the regulatory landscape of privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and data governance into actionable outcomes for customers. Collaborate with the DPO, Security, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate privacy by design into product development, manage third-party privacy programs, and oversee operational controls including consent, cookies, and data breaches. Advise the executive team on material privacy risks, support data governance protocols, and maintain accurate views of personal data processing activities. Manage a team of two while monitoring regulatory developments and creating resources to share privacy knowledge internally and externally.
