Job Summary
Lead the planning, launch, and optimization of PPC campaigns for casino and sportsbook brands across multiple traffic sources and GEOs. Scale profitable campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, native advertising networks, and other paid channels; manage budgets efficiently; conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive monitoring; perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, funnels, and targeting strategies to maximize conversions. Collaborate with CRM, Affiliate, Design, Product, and Development teams to improve acquisition and player value; identify and test new traffic sources and market opportunities while ensuring compliance with advertising policies, platform guidelines, and local regulations across target markets. Stay current on industry trends and platform updates; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to drive profitable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in PPC, performance marketing, or media buying, preferably within the iGaming industry
- Proven track record of managing and scaling casino and sportsbook acquisition campaigns
- Experience working across multiple GEOs and optimizing campaigns for different market segments
- Strong understanding of player acquisition economics and KPIs
- Experience managing large advertising budgets with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth
