Job Summary
Lead plant SCM/Logistics organization to reach required customer service-levels at lowest cost and highest possible inventory turns. Develop and qualify the logistics team to run operations in planning and material handling according to efficiency and customer centricity. Implement corporate supply chain standards, optimize material flows, and automate handling processes. Lead material planning for inbound, intra-plant, and outbound flows to ensure supply continuity, while running Sales & Operations Planning for the plant leadership team. Optimize production planning processes, inventory performance, and transport execution, including performance management and claim handling. Manage the operational customs organization for the plant.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years solid working experience in Operations and relevant Functions
- 3+ years leadership experience incl. coaching/mentoring skills
- Experience in Project Management
- Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Transformation competence and organizational development skills
- Coaching and Mentoring Skills
- Business / Finance Management Acumen
- Results/Process/Problem Solving - Oriented
- In Depth knowledge in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Production and Launch Readiness
