Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals, overseeing the preparation of strategic materials and reports to support decision-making. Manage and lead the Planning Part team while fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating effective communication across departments. Monitor business operations to identify improvement areas, ensure efficient resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with senior management to align strategies with overall business objectives and represent the department in cross-functional meetings. This role requires a strong background in strategic planning and team leadership within a fast-paced environment. As the Head of Business Ops at Samsung Electronics America, you will contribute to innovation in TVs, smartphones, and semiconductor solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business operations, and team leadership
