Job Summary
Lead instructor development, deliver education workshops, and act as the subject matter expert for Pilates methodology and best practices. Develop and evolve the Pilates programme by introducing innovative concepts, designing class schedules based on attendance data and feedback, and maintaining exceptional standards through regular quality reviews. Drive commercial performance by maximizing utilization, enhancing client retention, and monitoring key metrics to provide insights to senior leadership. Support day-to-day operations including scheduling, education planning, studio maintenance, and compliance with health and safety procedures. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote programmes and support wider business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pilates instructor (Polestar, BASI or equivalent)
- Minimum of seven years' professional Pilates instruction experience
- Previous experience within a luxury health club or private members' club environment
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and inspire instructors
- Strong commercial awareness with experience driving revenue and member retention
- Excellent understanding of contemporary Pilates practices, programming and industry trends
- CPR and First Aid qualified
- Fluent in English with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
