Head of Performance Marketing

Job Summary
Own Wild's performance marketing strategy and budget across all markets and channels, driving revenue contribution and CAC targets. Set paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels while leading the creative operating model to scale high-performing content. Manage affiliates and partnerships, champion an AI-first operating model, and build measurement maturity through incrementality testing and attribution roadmaps. Connect paid decisions directly to LTV, retention, and unit economics in wider leadership conversations. Lead three teams including Media Buying, Affiliates, and the UGC Pod to mature the function with sharper measurement and higher creative craft.
Required Qualifications
- Senior performance marketing leader (Head of or equivalent)
- Experience running acquisition across multiple markets, ideally including the US
- Deep hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok and Google
- Clear point of view on where each platform is heading
- Scaled significant paid budgets
- Commercially sharp
- Connect paid decisions to LTV, retention and unit economics
- Comfortable owning creative alongside media
- Led or worked closely with a content or UGC function
- Rigorous on measurement
- Run incrementality testing (Geo, in-platform lift or similar)
- AI-forward
- AI is embedded in how you work and how you run a team
- Views on where it sits in the media buying and creative operating model over the next two to three years
- Experience in fast-growth consumer brands
- Comfortable with pace, ambiguity and shipping before things are perfect
- An excellent people leader
- Track record of building, developing and retaining high-performing teams
