Job Summary
Head of People at Sukoon leads the people engine behind a growing mental healthcare platform. Responsible for defining and protecting culture, building a scalable leadership bench across multiple locations, hiring people who fit the model (empathy, complexity tolerance, teamwork), coaching leaders, and ensuring staff feel supported and stay with the organization. Works hand-in-hand with Operations to ensure units run well, teams function cohesively, and patients receive consistent care. The role emphasizes culture as behavior, leadership development, and organizational clarity with accountable feedback loops to maintain high standards across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling teams across multiple locations
- Ability to partner with clinicians and operators
- Proven track record in culture development and leadership coaching
- Ability to define and uphold organizational values
- Strong collaboration with operations to ensure consistency across locations
- Experience in healthcare or hospital settings preferred
- Strong communication and empathy-driven leadership
