Job Summary
Head of People Systems and Contractor Operations leading the development of scalable people systems, talent-attraction, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning for Hadley Designs; will partner with leadership to design organizational structures, capacity planning, performance and development frameworks, talent experience, and workforce analytics, with a remote-first, globally distributed team in multiple countries and a focus on building scalable processes aligned with growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven ability to build scalable systems that attract, develop, and retain talent
- Strong experience working with distributed and remote teams
- Ability to design and implement programs that foster growth, learning, and employee satisfaction
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization
- Growth mindset and collaborative problem-solving approach
- Experience using data to drive decisions and measure success
