Job Summary
Lead the People Strategy & Analytics function and manage a team of three specialists by driving the global people agenda through data, analytics, and executive communication. Translate complex strategic initiatives, people data, and analyses into clear concepts and compelling narratives for Group Leadership and the Board of Directors. Own governance, quality, and reporting of global people data across HR systems and Centers of Excellence while partnering with global CoE leads to deliver scalable people initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer to shape the strategic people agenda.
Required Qualifications
- experience from a strategic role within HR, People Strategy, Management Consulting, or People Analytics
- advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level communication
- high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
