Job Summary
Deliver the People Vision and roadmap end to end, acting as the voice of people to challenge leadership on values and accountability. Lead near-term stabilisation by rebuilding performance foundations, simplifying the fragmented employee lifecycle, and developing a learning strategy. Build transparent reward and career progression systems while coaching managers through a clear capability framework. Own people data reporting for quarterly reviews and grow a lean team across People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Business Partner functions. Roll your sleeves up to design strategy and execute delivery simultaneously. This role requires resilience and the courage to challenge founders during a multi-quarter culture lift. Based in Amsterdam with strong in-person presence.
Required Qualifications
- Senior People experience in a scale-up
- Strategic and hands-on capability
- Independent thinker with real ownership

- Resilience and patience
- Solid understanding of Dutch labour law and the regulations that come with it
- Strong written and spoken English
- Based in or around Amsterdam, with strong in-person presence
