Job Summary
Head of People & Culture with operative and strategic HR leadership for PREIS Group. Initially overseeing HR for ~50 employees (with external payroll) and, mid-term, leading strategic HR for ~1,000 employees across five locations in four countries. Role includes managing day-to-day HR operations, shaping strategic HR management, and fostering a familial, employee-oriented culture within a growing, international group. Requires strong HR-management expertise, leadership skills, and a clear path toward strategic HR leadership across the group. Flexible work options include Home-Office and flexible hours; in-person collaboration therewith.
