Job Summary
Head of People & Culture role leading global people strategy across US and international geographies. Responsibilities include talent acquisition end-to-end, total rewards, performance and development, employee experience, HR operations, compliance, and building scalable systems and culture. Requires partnering with CEO/leadership, managing a distributed team, designing organizational structure, and ensuring cross-country employment practices. Hybrid work with two in-office days in Boston; focus on organizational design, headcount planning, and culture across geographies. Experience with HRIS, ATS, compensation, benefits, and learning & development; strong communication and strategic partnering with executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR / People experience
- 3 years as senior people leader at a fast-growing tech company
- global, distributed people teams experience
- US multi-state employment knowledge; international exposure preferred
