Job Summary
Head of People at Boosters responsible for architecting the people strategy to convert strong individuals, goal-setting, and a results-driven culture into multipliers of business growth. Direct collaboration with the CEO, opportunity for growth to C-level, and leadership of cross-functional leaders (Head of Marketing, Growth Ops, NLP Lead, Lead Product Manager, Head of Engineering, Lead Product Designer, General Manager, Lead Product Manager). Focus areas include Performance Management & Goal Setting, Strategic Decision-Making & Strategy Shaping, Strategic HR Development (TA/HR/Employer Brand), Organizational Design & Workforce Planning, Organizational Culture & Leadership Development, and Change Management & Internal Communications. Requirements include 5+ years in HR/COO, HR strategy, Talent Management, data-driven HR initiatives, Employer Brand, performance measurement systems, advanced English, process visualization, and familiarity with financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in HR/COO (operations) in dynamic environments
- Experience forming HR strategy and building teams
- Extensive Talent Management experience
- Strong ability to evaluate HR initiatives using data and reporting
- Experience with Employer Brand
- Experience developing effective performance management systems with goals and tracking
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Advanced+ English
- Ability to visualize processes/structures
- Experience with financial reporting and understanding core metrics
