Job Summary
Run operations across real-time and batch payment flows for 7–10 partner banks, managing reconciliation, settlements, disputes, and transaction monitoring. Launch AML operations from the ground up, establishing workflows, staffing, and monitoring routines. Translate operational requirements into new payment flows with Product and Engineering to ensure timely delivery. Build and lead a Philippines-based team, handling hiring, onboarding, and performance management while defining SLAs and KPIs. Hold the operational line in front of the regulator, communicating directly in English. Take over live processes without incidents, gaps, or service interruptions during your first months.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in payment operations, including time in international fintech, digital banking, or payment processing
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation, settlements, and disputes at real transaction volume
- Management experience where you hired, built, and scaled a team — not only held a senior title inside one
- Experience working with non-local or distributed teams, effective in a multicultural setup without a long ramp-up
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Ready to relocate to Manila; the first three months onsite are required for work visa processing
