Job Summary
Head of Passive Fire Compliance & Quality at Complii, providing technical leadership, governance, and assurance across passive fire activities such as fire doors, compartmentation, fire stopping, and structural fire protection. Act as the group technical authority, develop and maintain technical standards and QA frameworks, lead audits and certification activities, and guide operational teams with technical guidance, risk management, and Board-level reporting on quality and compliance. The role requires proven experience in passive fire protection, UK fire safety legislation, and accreditation processes, plus a proactive leadership approach to elevate standards and delivery across the national operation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience within passive fire protection including fire stopping, compartmentation, and fire door compliance
- Strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation, Building Regulations, and the Building Safety Act
- Experience conducting technical audits, quality assurance inspections, compliance reviews, and managing third-party accreditation requirements
- Proactive and influential leadership style with ability to drive continuous improvement and communicate with senior stakeholders
