Job Summary
Lead the North America Parts & Services Rock Processing business, driving profitable growth while maximizing value delivered to customers across the equipment lifecycle. Execute strategy to expand aftermarket revenues through service contracts, upgrades, rebuilds, and digital solutions, implementing value-based selling approaches that improve customer performance, uptime, and costs. Build and scale service capabilities, standardize operations, and drive continuous improvement using strong KPIs and digital tools. Collaborate with sales, product lines, and distribution partners to strengthen commercial execution and market penetration, positioning Sandvik Rock Processing as a trusted lifecycle partner in the USA and Canada. Deepen customer engagement by understanding their operations to deliver differentiated solutions that create measurable value. Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-centric organization, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. This role is based in the USA or Canada near an airport hub (Atlanta, Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, Montreal, Toronto preferred).
