Job Summary
Head of Partnerships will own and grow Yuzu’s network of preferred vendor partners. You’ll deepen existing relationships, audit partnership mix for gaps, and proactively recruit high-quality partners that expand reach and strengthen the offering. Responsibilities include managing current partners, auditing partnership representation, developing a prioritized roadmap for new partnerships, sourcing and negotiating agreements, serving as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of partners, coordinating with sales/marketing/product to integrate partners into GTM, and tracking partnership-driven pipeline and revenue. Requires 5–10 years in partnerships/business development or channel sales, strong negotiation/relationship skills, and up to 10% travel. Location is NY office with in-person work five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic vendor or partner relationships
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable identifying gaps and building structured plans to address them
- Experience in benefits, HR tech, health insurance, or adjacent industries preferred
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Be available for 5–10% travel
