Drive go-to-market into new sports verticals, manage the pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to leadership, and collaborate in a hybrid environment with 3 days on-site in Gardena, CA. Compensation includes a commission component (~7–12%) and an equity incentive pool after a performance runway. The role emphasizes building a scalable sales operation, opening doors with major brands, and delivering measurable revenue impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Partnership sales experience: sports, media, or experiential marketing preferred
  • Adjacent backgrounds considered: brand-side or sponsorship agency sales
  • Experience building sales processes, not just running within an established one
  • Polished enough to open doors with major brands; willing to grind daily to get there
