Head of Participation (Full Time 10 month contract)

Head of Participation to lead the growth of junior cricket participation and development of community programs in Victoria. Drive participation growth across junior, school, indoor, social, and female cricket; strengthen pathways from introductory programs into clubs and schools; develop initiatives to improve participant retention and transition across the cricket pathway; leverage digital tools and data to enhance engagement, program delivery, and conversion outcomes; oversee delivery and growth of Woolworths Cricket Blast, Smash Series, and junior formats; build capability across clubs, associations, and staff through training and ongoing support; collaborate with Cricket Australia, WBBL teams, and key stakeholders to maximise participation outcomes; lead a high-performing Participation team and manage budgets and reporting to align with strategic priorities and measurable impact.
