Job Summary
Lead and develop managers and teams in AP, AR, and GL functions to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of accounting and reporting services. Manage client relationships as the primary escalation point for key stakeholders while monitoring performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee resource planning, workforce management, and operational efficiency for a team of approximately 80 professionals. Requires 10+ years of leadership experience in accounting outsourcing with a focus on large team management and process improvements. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in accounting outsourcing, BPO, shared services, or professional services
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, month-end close, statutory accounting, and reporting processes
- Proven experience managing large teams (50+ employees)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills
- Experience driving KPIs, operational excellence, and process improvements
