Job Summary
Head of Organisational Effectiveness & Change Management for SEAA at Chanel. Lead the design and evolution of the regional operating model, drive organisation design frameworks, and steer end-to-end transformation initiatives in partnership with senior P&O and business leaders. Responsible for shaping the organisational effectiveness agenda, workforce planning, change management strategies, and capability development to enable scalable business performance, with a focus on aligning structure, ways of working, and governance to strategic priorities across Southeast Asia, ANZ, and the broader Chanel footprint. KEY AREAS: advise senior leaders, architect organisation design, support workforce planning, drive transformation and change management, establish repeatable frameworks, connect effectiveness to business outcomes, and lead cross-functional collaboration to embed lasting changes.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive experience in organisational effectiveness, organisational development, or a related field, demonstrated at scale with measurable outcomes
- Deep practical experience in change management methodology and execution, including stakeholder management, change impact assessment, communication planning, and adoption measurement
- Experience building internal change capability, designing toolkits, coaching leaders, and developing HRBP communities to lead change
- Strong skills in organisational diagnostics, workforce planning, effectiveness assessment, and data-driven decision making
- Sound business acumen and sensitivity to changes, understanding how people decisions drive cost and organisational effectiveness
- Innovative mindset with willingness to experiment and implement new approaches
- Ability to influence senior leaders to co-create strategies on organisational structure and effectiveness
- Delivery mindset with capability to drive projects and ensure tangible business outcomes
- Experience in building scalable change management frameworks and governance structures
- Ability to connect organisational effectiveness to business performance and outcomes
