Job Summary
Head of Operations responsible for enabling growth across Produktion, Supply Chain, Logistics, HR, Commercial and order management by building structures, processes and cultures; translate the CEO's vision into implementation; establish KPI and reporting framework; scale teams and processes; identify and remove operational bottlenecks. Directly reporting to the Geschäftsführung, this role acts as the operational hub across cross-functional areas, shaping the framework that sustains rapid growth while ensuring execution of strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer operativen Führungsrolle
- Erfahrung in skalierenden Unternehmen im FMCG-, Supplement-, Kosmetik- oder vergleichbaren Konsumgüterumfeld
- Verständnis für produktionsnahe Themen, Logistik und Supply Chain
- E-Commerce-Grundverständnis
- Nachweisliche Fähigkeit, Prozesse, Strukturen und Meetingkulturen aufzubauen
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Executorship-Skills
- Analytische, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft, Strukturen zu schaffen und Vision in Umsetzung zu überführen
