Job Summary
Head of Operations responsible for designing and building TradePay's collections infrastructure, overseeing onboarding and merchant operations, coordinating with suppliers and third-party partners, and delivering real-time operational dashboards. Responsible for end-to-end collections workflows, repayment reminders across SMS/WhatsApp/calls, dispute and settlement workflows, vendor management, and building scalable processes and KPI reporting. The role requires extensive fintech/payments/collections experience, proven leadership of operational teams, and experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets. Growth path to Chief Operations Officer as TradePay scales regionally.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in fintech, lending, BNPL, payments, collections, customer operations, or financial services operations
- experience building operational functions from scratch
- strong collections and customer servicing experience
- experience managing operational teams and third-party vendors
- strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- startup or high-growth company experience
- Saudi Arabia or GCC experience
