Job Summary
Drive the digital-first transformation of Health Roundtable's platform by enabling data actionability, implementing AI capabilities, and managing the end-to-end product roadmap from prioritisation to delivery. Lead discovery and requirements gathering to translate member feedback into user stories, while ensuring platform integrity through data governance and incident analysis. Own quarterly planning cycles, user acceptance testing, and member communications to execute change management and maintain strong relationships that turn hospitals into advocates. Mentor a small, high-performing team while representing the member voice in product decisions and leading flagship events across Australia and New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- A proven track record in transformational change and digital enablement
- Experience leading digital product operations
- Experience with product roadmap management
- Experience with backlog prioritisation
- Strong people leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and hold accountable a small team
- Superior stakeholder management
- Relationship-building capability across clinical, operational, and executive audiences
- High commercial acumen
- Ability to operate autonomously
- Ability to collaborate within a complex stakeholder environment
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- A qualification in program management, product development, healthcare, business, or a related field
- Successful completion of a general background check
- Successful completion of a reference check
- Successful completion of a criminal history or police check
