Job Summary

Oversees maintenance, preventative maintenance, and building systems; manages property managers, superintendents, and maintenance leadership; drives accountability, service levels, and tenant satisfaction while executing scalable operational strategies across a large portfolio. Requires 5+ years leadership in property management or field operations, experience managing multi-site portfolios, and a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
