Job Summary
Head of Operations to build the operational foundation that lets Artie scale. Own operations as a whole, act as connective tissue across teams, drive high-impact GTM initiatives, design scalable processes and monitoring, and hand off ownership when appropriate. You’ll work directly with the founders, own decisions, and build systems that keep running when you’re not in the room. Responsibilities emphasize scaling operations, revenue-motion understanding, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, CRM discipline, outbound infrastructure, and collaborating with AEs and founders to accelerate deals.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years running ops, ideally at a Series A–C company
- built an ops function from scratch
- Meaningful GTM ops experience — you understand the revenue motion
- You are a systems-level thinker who builds leverage
- Direct communicator who can push back on founders or executives
- Self-aware and able to understand strengths, blind spots, and hiring needs
