Head of Operations GPU Cloud

Job Summary
Direct project management of GPU clusters while managing suppliers through both project and run phases. Oversee day-to-day run tracking with dedicated contributors and organize interfaces with hardware, supply chain, and data center teams. Line manage a Technical Account Manager and handle crisis situations when SLAs or service commitments are impacted. Design organizational structures to target autonomy in GPU cluster operations and maintenance. Collaborate with key infrastructure partners including Nvidia, AMD, Dell, HPE, VAST, DDN, and Juniper. This role sits within a single-person team supporting a broader GPU Cloud function.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experiences in IT infrastructure project deployment
- Project direction and end-to-end management of complex infrastructure projects
- Hands-on experience with vendor and supplier management
- Familiarity with GPU, HPC, and infrastructure ecosystems (Nvidia, AMD, Dell, HPE, VAST, DDN, Juniper)
