Job Summary
Own the delivery of CEO cross-departmental initiatives end-to-end, setting timelines with department leadership and holding everyone to agreed dates. Drive operational programs spanning international expansion, compliance, IT infrastructure, and AI adoption while partnering with Production, Finance, Legal, and Recruitment to align priorities. Directly manage Team Success, IT, and Recruitment functions, establishing KPIs, performance frameworks, and scalable hiring plans. Maintain proactive reporting rhythms across all operational milestones and ensure global employment structures meet legal and security standards. Build the operational muscle of the company through dashboards, quarterly business reviews, and standardized rhythms that support rapid growth. Champion AI integration across hiring, support, and compliance workflows to compress operational work and enable higher-value focus.
Required Qualifications
- 8-15 years of operational leadership at a services, co-development, or growth-stage tech company
- A track record of driving big cross-functional programs to completion in fast-moving environments
- Experience running Team Success (HR), IT, and Recruitment functions
- Strong track record of alignment across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Production on cross-functional initiatives
- International operations experience
- AI-forward and technically curious
- Strong operational reporting habits and clear communication with executive leadership
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth services business
