Job Summary
Head of Operations Data and Insights leads the operational engine of the People & Culture function, driving accurate, efficient, and compliant HR transactions, governance, reporting, and translation of workforce data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. The role oversees high-volume HR transactions, multi-channel service delivery, knowledge management, automationRoadmap development, self-service enablement, and continuous improvement of data integrity, privacy controls, and performance reporting. The candidate will lead a senior service-oriented team, partner with business leaders and technology teams, and drive predictive analytics and dashboards to support decision-making. The position is based in Melbourne, Australia with a Hybrid working model.
