Head of Operations - Bulgaria

Lead and manage all operations for Euroland in Bulgaria, directing strategic objectives, KPIs, budgeting, policies, and performance management to achieve growth, cost efficiency, and high levels of guest satisfaction. Responsible for training, staffing, health and safety compliance, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across operations, sales, marketing, and service to sustain superior operations and customer experience in a restaurant context.
