Job Summary
Head of Operations at Oslo Taxibuss: lead four regional leaders, drive end-to-end operations, drive digitalization and standardized governance across regions, manage customer reporting and contract follow-up, oversee subcontractors and fleet, collaborate with CEO and top management, and shape an organization that delivers sustainable results over time. Requires Bachelor's or Master's degree, senior-operational leadership experience, P&L ownership, data-driven decision-making, KPI/framework usage, and ability to build and guide high-volume operations.
