Head of Operations

Job Summary
Head of Operations responsible for building and owning the company’s operating system in a distributed, AI-native environment. You’ll manage senior service partners, set the roadmap, and establish SOPs, KPI dashboards, and lead-management integrity. You’ll oversee end-to-end lead lifecycle from ads to CRM handoff, hold vendors accountable on six- to seven-figure retainers, and drive multi-vertical expansion while partnering with a founder-led, bootstrapped team. The role is fully remote in the United States with preferred overlap in Atlantic or Eastern time zones, leveraging a no-code AI stack (Claude Code) to streamline operations, automation, and analytics. You’ll shape the team as the company grows, stand up scaffolding for capacity expansion, and own accountability for delivery and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years architecting operating systems from scratch at a scaling company
- Strong project-management and execution discipline
- Active AI fluency
- Shipped AI workflows and no-code automations (Claude Code)
- Track record as a single point of accountability for vendor or service-partner relationships at six- or seven-figure annual retainers
- Founder-led, bootstrapped, or small-team operating experience
- Comfort with technical adjacency: design quality discernment, feedback to contractors, reading dashboard queries
