Job Summary
The Head of Operational Design, Control & Resilience (ODCR) role entails ensuring ING France's banking operations comply with legal and regulatory obligations through established controls. Required Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in the banking industry in a risk management role (Internal Control, Audit, ORM, Compliance, etc.)
- Strategic approach to risk management and internal control
- Curiosity and will to learn
- Team player with collaborative spirit
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator in writing and in person
- Organized and able to manage priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of banking activities and products
- Good knowledge of European and French banking regulations
- Ability to carry on discussions with colleagues at every decision level
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
