Job Summary
Build the operations team covering settlement, redemption, minting, reconciliation, risk management, reporting, internal controls, and wallets. Develop policies, procedures, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance with HKMA requirements while designing end-to-end solutions with technology and product teams. Plan and perform operations processing functions to deliver best-in-class user services and redemption experiences, including vendor management and new process enhancements. Recruit, train, and supervise staffing for the operations and payment teams. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or engineering; fluent English with Mandarin proficiency preferred. At least seven years of experience, including two years in digital assets, Web3.0, payment, or banking. Based in Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree(s) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics and Law or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience
- More than 2 years of work experience in digital assets, Web3.0, payment, banking related environment
- Strong interest and familiar with blockchain, payment and settlement
- Excellent in project management, team management and communication skills
- Role will be based in Hong Kong
Desired Qualifications
- Preference with degree(s) in Engineering subjects (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, etc)
- Fluent in English and proficient in mandarin
- Knowledge in DeFi, and Web3 protocols
