Job Summary
Head of Omnichannel, SEA (Direct to Consumer & Trade) leads the omnichannel strategy across DTC, marketplaces, owned webshop, CRM-led channels, modern trade, pharmacies, and distributor-led trade in Southeast Asia. Owns DTC/e-commerce P&L at regional level, builds regional CRM programs, drives marketplace excellence, and leads the SEA marketing team. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Market Access, and external partners to shape pricing, promotions, and go-to-market frameworks; designs JBPs with retailers, drives ROI through data-driven forecasting and analytics, and ensures a customer-first end-to-end experience across online and offline touchpoints. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in commercial/omnichannel roles, with deep SEA market and distributor experience; preferred FMCG/pharma/consumer goods background and expertise in e-commerce ecosystems and CRM platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, omnichannel, DTC, e-commerce, or trade roles
- Proven P&L ownership and experience scaling DTC and/or e-commerce businesses across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia market dynamics, including distributors, modern trade, and digital ecosystems
- Track record of leading complex transformations in matrix organizations
- Strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, and data-driven decision-making
