Head of Non-Aero Business Development

Develop and execute the non-aeronautical business development strategy aligned with Abu Dhabi Airports' commercial objectives, identifying and assessing new opportunities across Hospitality, Retail, Food & Beverage, and Advertising. Lead the full lifecycle of initiatives from feasibility studies and business case development through commercial negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and implementation. Establish strategic partnerships with brands, investors, and government entities while representing the organization at industry forums. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to manage the business development pipeline, develop financial models, and monitor performance against KPIs. Lead a high-performing team, mentor staff, and support the development of Emirati talent in line with Emiratization strategy.
