Job Summary
Head of New Business Mexico at Ayvens – lead design and execution of the new business strategy for Leasing, Full-Service Leasing, or Fleet Management; identify and target corporate/enterprise clients across industries; manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing; develop fleet-management proposals aligned with client needs; coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Fleet; manage new business pipeline with forecasts; represent the brand at industry events; collaborate with Account Management and Operations for onboarding; drive pricing strategy in line with targets; lead, coach, and develop the new business team; ensure full compliance with local regulations and ethical standards; requires 6–8 years of B2B sales experience in Mexico, preferably in fleet management or related sectors; minimum Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred; Spanish business-level English required.
