Job Summary
Lead the strategy and execution of network allocation and fulfillment optimization across a rapidly scaling omni-channel distribution network. Define how inventory should be positioned across the network to optimize in-stock levels, delivery speed, and cost to serve; own and optimize fulfillment logic including node selection, order routing, shipment splitting, and prioritization rules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Planning, Logistics, Operations, Technology, Finance) to improve network performance and scalability and build a roadmap for future state order routing capabilities. Drive automation, machine learning models, and system enhancements supporting intelligent order flow decisions; analyze KPIs such as fulfillment speed, shipping expense, and inventory utilization to inform data-driven adjustments. Manage third-party fulfillment programs (DS/JIT) and partner with vendors to expand scalable capabilities while maintaining customer experience standards. Lead capacity planning, disruption management, and peak planning; optimize lead times end-to-end and align fulfillment logic with real-world operational constraints. Maintain strong executive communication and stakeholder management to scale processes and systems in a high-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain, fulfillment, network optimization, or operations experience within a high-growth distribution, eCommerce, or omni-channel environment
- Proven experience managing complex multi-node fulfillment networks and inventory allocation strategies
